Here at Maidensbridge we all work hard to try to make sure that all children have a successful and enjoyable time in school. We do recognise that we often get it right, but sometimes we don't. The Governing Body have adopted a new Complaints Policy, which can be accessed via the "School Policies" tab. We also get plenty of positive feedback but we need to improve on how we store and reflect on this, as often it is passed on as a verbal comment. If you have the time, we would really like to receive written feedback about the positives, so that we can monitor and balance this against any complaints which we receive.
