These are the essential skills and knowledge that our children will be learning as we continue to work under the current restrictions.
The school currently uses the Oxford Reading Tree scheme in developing our children's reading. We expect our children to read regularly to an adult as well as reading independently at home and within school.
We also provide support for home reading with our Oxford Reading Buddy subscription. This enables children and parents to access Oxford Reading Tree reading books at home on a computer or through the Oxford Reading Buddy app.
From Years 2-6, we provide every child access to a home learning system called Century. This system will assess and intelligently guide your child's learning at an appropriate level for them. This can be accessed by following the link below.
In supporting our pupils maths development through the rapid recall of times tables facts, every child in Key Stage 2 has access to Times Tables Rock stars (TT Rockstars).
